I never have to worry about Spikey when we are away and I know that he is in great hands.  I am not sure what Spikey is doing when he is there, but when we pick him up, I am sure he is a bit sad about leaving his second home (he also sleeps for a few days just to catch up).

We have been clients at Petopia since the May of 2006 when our puppy was only 3 months old.   We have used many of their services such as Doggy DayCare, Training, Overnight Stays and purchased many of the wonderful products they offer. 
 
Their doggie daycare hours are great and their crate-free environment ensures that our puppy gets lost of exercise and playtime while we're away at work.  We feel very comfortable leaving our precious puppy in their more than capable hands.  Milo is always happy when arriving at Petopia and that in turn makes us happy to know that our puppy is in an environment where he feels at ease and that he is being looked after by caring staff - this is especially important to us when we go away on holidays.

We love Petopia! We found Petopia when we adopted our lab mix Toby the Wonder Dog from Speaking of Dogs Rescue, and continue to use Petopia's facilities. We use their daycare several times a week, and love their report cards at the end of the day that tell us just what Toby has been up to all day. Toby comes home happy and tired and relaxed. Since we're so comfortable with Petopia, we often make use of their boarding facilities. When Toby comes back from boarding or day care, we have no problems with his behaviour or with reintegrating in the family.  Toby attended Puppy People's introductory obedience class and we all had a great time and learned a lot.

Pat and Wilson have given us a great deal of support and coaching over the last few months as Toby has become part of our family. I think Toby sees the Petopia crew as an extension of his personal pack - we certainly do!

My beagle Elvis is a frequent visitor to Petopia.   We have used the daycare services and on a few occasions have left Elvis when we had to go out of the country for a week.  I can't say enough about the service, the dedication of the staff and the high quality care they provide.  Every time we pick up Elvis he is happy and you can tell he has been running and playing all day. 

The tremendous amount of space for running, the private rooms and two large indoor activity areas offer lots of fun distraction for the dogs.  Pat and Wilson are always great at offering advice and helped us feel more confident when we first got our puppy.

I have never had such worry-free holidays as I have while using Petopia's services. The professionalism, and the extra-touches that you know you're pets are going to receive while you're away really gives you peace of mind. I have three particularly badly behaved cats (one has a bad habit of not using the litter-box when we're out of town). They would have to be real animal-lovers to look after these kitties! Not only do they spend time playing with them, but they leave detailed accounts of the days activities. Petopia has also always been available whenever we have needed someone to look after them while we're abroad - they are very flexible in terms of accommodated our schedules. I am always confident that my pets are being very well looked after.

Max has been attending Petopia since he was 8 week old puppy. He is usually very excited in the morning when we arrive as he enjoys coming to daycare so much.

Ellie loves coming to Petopia.  As soon as we're parked, she's ready to hop out of the car and pull us to the door.  Her last stay was 8 days, which we were worried was a long time.  After all she's only a year - maybe she would miss us.  When we picked her up, she was happy to see us but not frantic to go home.  After greeting us, she went back to harassing Mochi (Pat’s Great Dane).  To me, that's a sign that she was completely comfortable, cared-for and entertained. 

And the entertainment is another great feature of Petopia.  The dogs are out together in a great grass area where they can run and play and wrestle.  Ellie always sleeps well after a stay at Petopia! 

I'm really glad that friends recommended Petopia to us.  It is a great comfort to know Pat & Wilson care for our Great Dane as much as we do.

I have been bringing my 3 year old puppy Maverick to Petopia for daycare and boarding for almost a year now, and I would never bring him anywhere else! Everyone working there is warm, friendly, and most importantly, they love Maverick just as much as I do. The real draw for me though, is how much Maverick loves to be there. He knows the word "daycare" and whenever I tell him we are going, he gets so excited; woofing, jumping, and wagging his tail all over the place. When we get there, he flies out of the car and can't wait to get inside. He even cries when we leave! He loves to run in the huge fenced in yard and play with the other puppies, and the exercise and socialization is really great for him. Based on the level of care, quality of supervision, cleanliness of the facilities, and simply how much Maverick loves to go, Petopia is the place to be!

Our dog Lucy loves going to doggie daycare 2 or 3 times a week at Petopia.   She goes crazy in the car as soon as we turn down Bartley drive.  She plays all day with her doggie friends and is so content at the end of the day that she falls asleep on the drive home, and pretty much sleeps all night.  We even get a daily report card, which never fails to make us laugh!  We would highly recommend Petopia to anyone looking for a daycare or boarding facility.  It is spacious and clean, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.  It truly is a worry-free environment to leave your pet, whether for a day or for an extended stay.

I have been very impressed with the profession level of service and personal care shown by the people at Petopia, in looking after my two kitties, Daisy and Scarlett. After having tried two previous businesses, I knew that I was 'third-time-lucky', in finding Petopia, and intend to keep using their services whenever I'm out of town, either on business or vacation. I am sometimes required to travel on business - at times at very short notice - therefore, knowing that I can call on Petopia at any time, and knowing that my girls will be well cared for and cuddled, gives me a lot of reassurance.

Petopia's secure key system means that, even at short notice, care for my two cats is just a quick phone-call or email away. And knowing that what ever happens (airport delays, cancelled flights etc....), my cats will be looked after until I'm finally back at home, is a real benefit.
